At The Astrodome, the Houston fans witnessed a great pitcher's duel. Fredie
Norman(13-6) finally bested his Houston opposite, Mike Cosgrove(3-3), by the
score of 3 to 1.
Norman pitched a fine game. He surrendered 5 hits and 3 walks in 6 innings.
The teams had been locked in a scoreless duel until the 6th inning.
Norman got relief help from Will McEnaney who gained credit for his 14th save.
